Lavender Light Renewed Counseling ACCEPTS INSURANCE IN MA THROUGH HEADWAY. I am currently in network with Optum, United Health Care, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Lavender Light Renewed Counseling is Full Fee, Private Pay, in RI and ME. What this means is that I am not contracted or paneled with any insurance companies in these states. This does not mean that I may not accept your insurance at all. If you have out of network benefits with your insurance provider, you may be eligible for full to partial reimbursement of services provided through super billing. Please contact your insurance provider to determine if you are eligible for out of network benefits. You are also able to pay for services using FSA/HSA benefits.

Lavender Light Renewed Counseling requires 24 hours’ notice or more for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Those who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee of 50% of the scheduled session fee to the card on file unless the slot is able to be filled with another appointment. This fee will also apply to appointments scheduled, but that did not take place due to issues with the credit card on file at the time of service. Unless the issue with the card on file can be resolved prior to the session or the card on file is updated and charged prior to session, the fee will apply, and services will not be rendered. The card on file will be charged no more than 24 hours and no less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
